Soft Window

Soft Window
Shot with a 50mm prime lens at f1.4 and 1/2000 shutter speed
to stop down all the light from the window but also to give that really
blury look. I also had to stand right at the back to the room to get
the shot. Composition would be
easier with a zoom, but it would not have been as good. To draw the eye
to the scalf I have used Aperture to selectively de-saturate all but
the red channel - this also makes the skin stand out. I do wonder if
Kelly had a sore bum sitting on that narrow window ledge ?
