classic-pose-1Another posing idea you might want to consider is that of imitating a classic image. There are many to choose from, such as Lewis Morley’s iconic 1963 photograph of Christine Keeler astride a dining chair. This picture is ideal in many ways: it doesn’t require a complicated set and though it is nude, there is no actual nudity.

Similarly, this fantastic picture of Demi Moore by Mario Testino cleverly uses her pose to create a fabulous triangular composition which also covers up all the naughty bits! She was 41 when she had the shot taken by the way!

Demi also made the cover of Rolling Stones in 1995 with another verycopy-able image.

The choice is pretty much endless; if you are doing the photos as a surprise for someone special, then perhaps there is an image which is particularly appropriate - the tennis girl exposing her bottom or Princess Leia in her slave girl outfit maybe!

A word about Copyright; the three classic images shown here remain the property of the copyright holder, and are displayed here under the 'fair use' rights of intellectual property - as they are here to illustrate an idea. You should not closely immitate a copyrighted picture for commercial use.

Below are a couple of my pictures, which were inspired in one way or another by these classics, though not too closely...
