Bridal boudoir Photography Gallery

Background: this picture was from a bridal boudoir photography series I did with the bride in just her new lingerie and veil. I wanted to keep the shots very simple so used a neutrally decorated room (the walls are light grey). The room also has a four poster bed with drapes that kind of match her veil... but this photo ended up with more impact because it is framed quite tightly on the model.

 

Technical Information

Camera: Canon EOS 40D

Lens: EF28-70f2.8 at 65mm

Exposure: f4, 1/160, ISO400

 

Lighting

Daylight through glass door to her right, plus a small amount of fill flash.

 

Post Processing (Photoshop)

 

I pushed the exposure up and boosted the contrast in a curves adjustment layer.
