Backlit Nude Photo

This backlit nude photograph of Emma was taken in the studio with a single flash head.
We took a number of these with different poses, but this was my favourite in terms of composition and the abstract shapes created by the light and shadow areas.
Technical Information
Camera: Canon EOS 40D DSLR
Lens: EF 28-70mm f2.8L
Exposure: f20, 1/250, ISO200
Lighting
The set up was very simple - just a single Multiblitz studio flash head behind/right. No softbox etc mean that the light is quite harsh, giving a sharp contrast.
Post Processing (Photoshop)
This shot has had very little photoshop work, just a conversion to black and white and a levels correction. It was also re-cropped to put Emma more on the left of the frame, leaving the negative space in front of her.
For more information on the technical details see here: lighting, exposure, iso.
